SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free Standard Economy shipping on all orders.
Once your order is shipped we will email you with the tracking information. If the order is not delivered please contact us via the CONTACT US page and we will reship or refund your order. If you purchase faster shipping and the order does not get delivered by the required delivery date we will refund your shipping. If you have to return the order due to late delivery there will be no restocking fee on the return and fully refunded. If you chose the free economy and the order shipping is delayed due to carrier issue but eventually delivered there will be no shipping credit applied.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders are only shipped Monday - Friday
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
To ensure Second-day delivery, order must be placed by 3pm EST.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If we have a delay delivery due to inhouse issues we are aware of we will contact you and let you know. If there is a delayed delivery due to carrier issue we will not be made aware until you contact us. If the package is still showing in transit with recent active the delivery date is outside of our control but we will do what we can to help you.
